Small Civil Engineering Firm offering excellent benefits and an employer-funded pension and profit-sharing plan seeks highly motivated and career-minded candidates for a full time position in the civil engineering department. This is a series posting looking for mid level to (ideally) senior NM licensed civil engineer. Less experienced engineers will work under the direct supervision of professional civil engineers to perform a wide variety of tasks in the office and in the field at project sites. Senior level engineer will be placed on a track to lead the engineering department.

The candidate must have strong organizational skills and be adaptable to fill a variety of roles while working effectively with team members.

The home office is in Santa Fe but will consider hybrid work arrangements for candidates living in Albuquerque or other surrounding cities.

The ideal candidate will have a B.S in Civil Engineering and either have their PE license or be an EIT looking to work towards their PE with some level of civil engineering design and construction phase experience including Civil3d and site paving, grading, drainage, and utilities. However, any combination of experience and education that would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities to fulfill the job responsibilities would be considered, including qualified entry-level candidates.

Required criteria:

– Knowledge of AutoCAD / Civil3D preferred.
– Must be able to follow detailed direction.
– Must have valid Driver’s License.
– Must possess organizational and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $75,489.32 – $158,868.86 per year
