Santa Fe/ Los Alamos

The Santa Fe/Los Alamos Chapter consists of a small group of Professional Engineers with a focus on the MATHCOUNTS Program, aimed at middle school students.  The event is held every year in February.  The Chapter conducts 4 Meetings per year (Winter, Spring, Summer, and Fall Meetings) and normally hosts a guest speaker that speaks about an Engineering Topic that has occurred in New Mexico.  State Chapter Members ARE ALWAYS WELCOME.

Our next Chapter meeting is scheduled for Thursday, January 25, 2024.  The meeting will take place at the Old Pecos Trail Cafe located at 2239 Old Pecos Trail, Santa Fe, New Mexico 87501.  The meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m.  Please note that dinner is on your own. A presentation will be given on the design and construction of the Interstate 25/University Avenue bridge interchange in Las Cruces, NM. Rusty Rodke will give an update on the MATHCOUNTS competition scheduled for Saturday, February 24, 2024.
